Job summary

Child Builders ABA in Rhode Island is seeking a licensed BCBA to conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and oversee ABA program implementation for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and schools, and support a warm, in-person care environment. Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus up to $10,000, distributed over 12 months.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.
