Job summary

Autism Care Partners (ACP) is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead supervision and direct services for a caseload of up to 10 clients in Rhode Island. You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• State licensure as LBA/LABA where required.
• Experience supervising staff and RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of no more than 10 clients.
• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for insurance authorizations.
• Conduct initial and renewal skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Conduct FBAs and create behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on treatment goals.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
• Ensure fidelity of each client’s treatment program and data collection.
• Attend weekly team meetings and provide parent training.
