Job summary
Arise Autism Center in Clermont, FL is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are a passionate ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. Our culture fosters collaboration, personal growth, and client success.
As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure client success. Flexible schedules and a supportive environment are provided.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
