Job summary

Little Rays ABA in Broward County, FL is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee treatment programs and supervise behavior technicians. You will partner with families to create positive, lasting outcomes and collaborate with schools to ensure consistency of care.

The role requires a Master's degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency.
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards.
