Job summary

Little Rays ABA in Miami, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee treatment programs across Florida. You will supervise behavior technicians, partner with families, and help children with ASD achieve meaningful progress in collaboration with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children with ASD and their families.
• Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency.
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards.
