Management Performance Associates in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized plans. The role includes clinical supervision of RBTs and collaboration with families to support skill generalization.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification and a master's in a related field, meets NC licensure requirements, and brings strong communication and leadership to guide the care team.

Formación

• BCBA certification required and maintained with BACB standards.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Must meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience working with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programs based on progress.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and staff.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and strategies for generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethics and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment aligns with BACB ethical standards and best practices.
