Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. seeks a compassionate and experienced BCBA to join our growing team in North Carolina. The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized plans to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

The role includes supervision of RBTs, parent training, data-driven program modifications, and ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and NC licensure requirements. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Eligibility to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to RBTs and other staff.
• Ensure documentation complies with BACB ethics and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with families, educators and care teams.
