Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA in North Carolina to oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans while providing clinical supervision to RBTs and staff.

The role demands strong communication and leadership, with a focus on ethical standards and evidence-based care. A Master’s in ABA and NC licensure readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide strategies for generalizing skills outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other members of the client's care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
