Qualifications

• Must have active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Previous experience with children/autism is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed.
