Job summary

Sora Resource Group in North Carolina seeks a compassionate and experienced BCBA to lead ABA treatment programs, oversee assessments, and develop individualized plans. The BCBA will provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians, collaborate with families and school teams, and ensure services adhere to BACB ethical standards.

This role requires current BCBA certification, a master's in ABA or related field, and NC licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide strategies for generalizing skills outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other members of the client's care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
