Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA assessments and evidence-based services for children and young adults with behavioral and learning challenges. The role involves collaboration with families, educators, and a multidisciplinary team.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop and monitor individualized intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure ethical, data-driven care with ongoing plan adjustments based on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Ensure ethical, data-driven care and continuous plan adjustment based on results.
