Job summary

Unicare ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our NY team. You’ll design and supervise ABA programs, conduct PFAs, analyze data, and train parents and staff in a collaborative, hybrid/remote setting.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, NY LBA, has experience with autism, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership. We offer competitive pay ($80–$100/hour), flexible scheduling, ongoing CEUs, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism encouraged/required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• NYS LBA certification required.
• Enrolled in NY Medicaid required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PFAs and develop individualized treatment plans (training provided).
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs.
• Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
