Fiesta Health LLC in McDonough, Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our founding clinical team at a brand-new clinic serving young children and their families.

In this role you will lead clinical programming, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families to tailor effective, data-driven interventions as Fiesta Health grows in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Georgia LBA license or be eligible to obtain within 30 days.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience leading clinical programming and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, mentor, and support RBTs.
• Oversee client clinical programming and treatment.
• Analyze clinical and graphical data.
• Make data-driven program modifications.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Help create a strong clinical culture as clinic grows.
