Fiesta Health LLC in McDonough, Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our founding clinical team at a brand-new clinic serving young children and their families.

In this role you will lead clinical programming, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families to tailor effective, data-driven interventions as Fiesta Health grows in Georgia.

Relocation assistance and competitive compensation are available for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Must hold an active Georgia LBA license or be eligible to obtain within 30 days.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience leading clinical programming and supervising staff.

Fiesta Health is expanding, and we’re looking for an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the founding clinical team at our brand-new McDonough clinic.

This is an opportunity to step into a growing organization, help shape a new clinic from the ground up, and make an impact with young children and their families during some of the most important developmental years.

COMPENSATION & RELOCATION

Base Salary: $90,000/year

Total Compensation: Up to $120,000/year, including bonus opportunities

Bilingual Incentive: Additional $5,000/year for BCBAs fluent in English and Spanish who can support our Spanish-speaking families

Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates relocating to Georgia

Location: Clinic-Based | McDonough, Georgia

Client Population: Early Intervention | Ages 1–6

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a BCBA at Fiesta Health, you’ll lead clinical programming while developing and supporting the RBTs who work directly with our clients.

GEORGIA LICENSURE & RESIDENCY

Applicants must reside in Georgia by their start date and hold an active Georgia LBA or be eligible to obtain an LBA within 30 days.
