Qualifications

• Active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
• Experience providing behavioral services to children, and adults preferred
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidenced based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, and increase independence across activities of daily living
• Enjoy the flexibility to create and implement schedules and routines that are most beneficial for each client’s needs
• Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to behavioral direct care staff through ongoing communication, coaching, training, and support to promote quality service delivery and professional growth
• Help families by modeling the implementation of effective behavior change procedures. (FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning/demand fading, etc.) as requested
• Service funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support individuals that are eligible for Regional Center services

Salary Range:$90,000 – $100,000+ $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly
