Maxim Healthcare in Corona, CA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee Intensive Behavior Support. You will manage a 20 billable hour weekly caseload, provide leadership to staff, and coordinate care with families and regional partners.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus and ongoing professional development are offered. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $100,000 with a $6,000 annual bonus paid monthly, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in good standing as BCBA or LBA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience delivering services to children and adults preferred.
• Quality management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Servicing Area: Corona and Riverside, CA Salary Range: $95,000 – $100,000 + $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly

Responsibilities of BCBA overseeing Intensive Behavior Support Services:

• Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidenced based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors, teach replacement behaviours, and increase independence across activities of daily living.
• Enjoy the flexibility to create and implement schedules and routines that are most beneficial for each client’s needs.
• Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to behavioural direct care staff through ongoing communication, coaching, training, and support to promote quality service delivery and professional growth.
• Help families by modelling the implementation of effective behaviour change procedures. (FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programmes, schedule thinning/demand fading, etc.) as requested
• Service funding comes from partnerships with local regional centres to support individuals that are eligible for Regional Centre services.

Qualifications:

• Provide an active licence or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behaviour Analyst or Licensed Behaviour Analyst)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Supervisory and behavioural assessment experience preferred
• Experience providing behavioural services to children, and adults preferred
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Proficiency in the English
