Maxim Healthcare seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and supervise care teams in Fontana, CA.

You will coordinate with families and insurance, collaborate with internal teams, and drive quality service delivery while advancing clinical supervision and staff growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with toddlers, children, and adults in behavioral services preferred.
• Background in quality management is a plus.

Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Fontana, CA

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 for new hires

Salary Range: $95,000 – $100,000 + $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly.
