Qualifications

• BCBA Certification Required.
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required.
• Two years of experience working with individuals with I/DD, experience with adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and monitor function-based treatments.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to design treatment.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
