Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality case oversight and lead treatment planning for a diverse client base. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, supervision of staff, and ongoing professional growth.

The position offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time) with no evening hours, competitive compensation between $73,000 and $80,000 USD annually, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst.
• Experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder.
• Passion for behavioral science and disseminating best practices and current research within ABA.
• Demonstrates continuous professional growth and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality case oversight to achieve outcomes for patients.
• Conduct initial intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to BT/RBTs on caseload.
• Collaborate with families by providing caregiver guidance.
• Work with Clinical Manager and other BCBAs to improve patient outcomes.
