Job summary

Autism 360 is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our Charlotte Metro area team as an Initial Assessor / Floater. You will conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical support across centers.

This role offers a dynamic schedule with meaningful impact on families starting ABA services. You’ll collaborate with caregivers, RBTs, BCBAs, and leadership, while traveling to multiple centers for in-person assessments and coverage.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Eligibility to practice behavior analysis in North Carolina, including licensure/credentialing

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial ABA assessments for children and adolescents
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Prepare assessment reports and provide payer-authorization documentation
• Provide short-term BCBA coverage and clinical guidance across centers
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, BCBAs, and clinical leadership
• Travel to Autism 360 centers across the Charlotte area for in-person assessments and coverage
