Job summary

Always Shining ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully in person role at a charter school. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families—delivering high-quality, compassionate services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical, data analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and ongoing assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians.
• Maintain compliant, detailed documentation.
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary providers.
