Job summary

Always Shining ABA LLC is seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA to join our team in a fully in person role at a charter school. We deliver high-quality ABA services to children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families while maintaining a manageable caseload and ethical, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and ongoing assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Analyze data and adjust programming based on progress
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians
• Maintain compliant, detailed documentation
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary providers
