Always Shining ABA LLC in Jersey City, NJ, is seeking a dedicated BCBA for a fully in-person role at a charter school to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and adolescents.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families while maintaining ethical, evidence-based practice and a balanced caseload.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) and eligibility to practice.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

Always Shining ABA is a BCBA-owned and operated practice seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully in person role at a charter school. We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate ABA services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities.

In this position, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families—all while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance. Our clinical model emphasizes manageable caseloads, strong collaboration, and ethical, evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
