Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics is hiring an In-Home Pediatric ABA BCBA to oversee clinical care for clients in home and telehealth settings. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, develop plans, and ensure documentation meets payer requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, parent training, and compliance with BACB guidelines, with part-time flexible scheduling and opportunities for CEUs and career growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university that meets BACB guidelines.
• BCBA Certification OR Mid-Level requirements completed or willing to complete within 60 days.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within the first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the clinical delivery of care, including activities performed by Behavior Technicians.
• Conducts initial and six-month assessments and recommends plans aligned with clients' goals.
• Provides supervision of Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
• Delivers Parent Training for a minimum of 1 hour each month.
• Develops child-specific Behavior Treatment plans.
• Ensures licensure and compliance for self and Behavior Technicians.
• Returns required documentation in a timely fashion to capture services and meet payer requirements.
• Performs reviews on Behavior Technician documentation for accuracy and quality of service.
• Provides feedback to Behavior Technicians and coaches improvements.
• Ensures hours prescribed are met.
• Location may be a combination of in-home and telehealth.
• Performs other related duties as required.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst oversees the clinical aspects of their clients' care. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops behavior plans, trains Behavior Technicians, oversees the quality of services being rendered, and ensures all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.

• Provides supervision of Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.

• Ensures all licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for both themselves and their Behavior Technicians.

• Performs reviews on Behavior Technician documentation to ensure accurate representation of services performed and quality service documentation.
• Provides feedback to Behavior Technicians on duties performed from a clinical standpoint and coaches and guides improvements.
• Ensures utilization of hours as prescribed are met.
• The location of this position could be a combination of in-home and telehealth.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $65.00 - USD $75.00 /Hr.
