Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics seeks an In-Home Pediatric ABA BCBA to oversee clinical delivery and supervise Behavior Technicians across in-home and telehealth settings. The BCBA will conduct initial and six-month assessments, develop child-specific behavior plans, and ensure compliant documentation and licensure standards.

Responsibilities include supervising treatment modification at a 10% ratio, delivering monthly parent training, and providing ongoing feedback to staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university meeting BACB guidelines.
• BCBA Certification or Mid-Level requirements met.
• 1+ year experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within the first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the clinical delivery of care, including the activities performed by Behavior Technicians.
• Conducts initial and six (6) month assessments and recommends plans which drive outcomes aligned with clients' goals.
• Provides supervision Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
• Delivers Parent Training for a minimum of 1 hour each month.
• Develops child specific Behavior Treatment plans.
• Ensures all licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for both themselves and their Behavior Technicians.
• Returns required documentation in a timely fashion to capture services rendered and meet payer requirements.
• Performs reviews on Behavior Technician documentation to ensure accurate representation of services performed and quality service documentation.
• Provides feedback to Behavior Technicians on duties performed from a clinical standpoint and coaches and guides improvements.
• Ensures utilization of hours as prescribed are met.
• The location of this position could be a combination of in-home and telehealth.
• Performs other related duties as required.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst oversees the clinical aspects of their clients' care. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops behavior plans, trains Behavior Technicians, oversees the quality of services being rendered, and ensures all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.

Posted Salary Range
