Job summary

Dominion Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a team in in-home and school-age interventions in Virginia. The role includes client assessments, ISPs, and supervision of clinicians, with emphasis on natural environment teaching and family training.

The BCBA will manage a caseload, ensure 21 billable hours weekly, and coordinate with other providers, while enjoying competitive pay, robust benefits, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a BACB-approved field.
• BCBA certification through BACB, or eligibility to sit for exam within two months of application.
• Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Perform client assessments and develop ISP.
• Clinically manage skill acquisition, generalization, maintenance, and problem behavior.
• Provide supervision and training to staff and CITs.
• Lead parent training and maintain parent communication.
• Oversee intakes and discharge planning activities.
