Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role delivers in-home and community ABA services to children with autism under supervision by our Clinical Directors.

We offer a competitive salary of about $106,677 per year, a hybrid work model, flexible scheduling, PTO, professional development, and growth opportunities. The position supports infants through teens and emphasizes communication, social interaction and daily living skills.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Proven management skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in Central Reach or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and in the community, supervised by Directors.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train staff on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible and collaborative.
