Job summary

Champions ABA in Methuen, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy. The BCBA will develop and implement individualized plans, assess behavior, and collaborate with families and clinicians to optimize outcomes.

Applicants should hold BCBA certification and a Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA or related field, with at least one year of ABA experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical best practices.
