Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Methuen, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, an advanced degree in ABA/psychology, and at least 1 year of ABA experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, in collaboration with the clinical team
• Assess and analyze client behavior using evidence-based methods
• Conduct behavioral skills training and reinforcement strategies to enhance client skills and independence
• Collaborate with caregivers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize client outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and best practices

Requirements

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
