Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Methuen, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, an advanced degree in ABA/psychology, and at least 1 year of ABA experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans with the clinical team.
• Assess and analyze client behavior using evidence-based methods.
• Provide behavioral skills training and reinforcement strategies to improve client independence.
• Collaborate with families and care partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical protocols.
