Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Chelmsford, MA to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy. The BCBA will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and work closely with a clinical team to support clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from BACB.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience with ABA principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Assess and analyze client behavior using evidence-based methods.
• Conduct behavioral skills training and reinforcement strategies to enhance client skills and independence.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and help develop clinical protocols and best practices.
