Job summary
A specialized service provider for individuals with developmental delays is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Memphis. The BCBA will develop and implement behavior intervention plans, provide Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy, and train families in diverse environments. This full-time role offers a supportive team atmosphere and a pay range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Ideal candidates will have a master's degree in psychology or a related field and BCBA certification.
Qualifications
Must possess a master's degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, or a related field.
Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with special needs.
Responsibilities
Develop behavior intervention plans for RBTs.
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.
Monitor and report progress of treatment plans.
Train families on treatment plan implementation.
Maintain communication with families and supervisors.
Attend staff meetings and other required tasks.
