Job summary

iCare Therapy in Charlotte, NC seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership for in-home ABA therapy and supervise RBTs delivering services in the home. The BCBA will develop assessments, treatment plans, and ensure ethical, evidence-based care for children with autism.

The role requires NC licensure eligibility, a master’s degree in ABA/ psychology/ education, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline is required.
• BCBA certification and North Carolina LBA eligibility are required.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for children receiving ABA therapy and supervise RBTs.
• Develop and supervise functional behavior assessments and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with ethics codes, HIPAA, and state regulations.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to deliver best outcomes.
