Job summary

Wholesome Care ABA in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home or hybrid work arrangements. The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay, and a focus on high-quality ABA services for children and families.

The BCBA will develop individualized ABA plans, supervise RBT staff, and provide caregiver training, while adhering to BACB Ethics, HIPAA, and payer requirements. Mentorship and clinical autonomy are highlighted to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an LBA in North Carolina.
• Experience providing ABA therapy for children with autism preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized ABA plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation meeting BACB Ethics and HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to ensure quality services.
