Job summary

Ultimate Caring ABA, a founder-led, clinician-led in-home ABA practice serving Dallas–Fort Worth, is building our founding clinical team: the BCBAs who will set our clinical standards, develop our technicians, and lead as we grow.

Based at our Dallas office, the BCBA will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools while helping to grow our center-based Collin County hub.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Texas LBA license or in-process application.
• BACB 8-hour supervision training completed.
• Reliable transportation.
• In-home ABA experience preferred; lead RBT, trainer, or mentor experience considered a plus.
• Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Make data-driven clinical decisions as learners progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and Senior RBTs.
• Train and partner with parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with schools, IEP teams, and other providers.
• Maintain high-quality, ethical documentation.
