Job summary

Affirmative Parenting Solutions, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead in-home ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, primarily in Fort Worth/Weatherford. You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized behavior plans, and work closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes autonomy, mentorship, and a supportive culture with opportunities for professional growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior support plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and staff.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable providing services in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-home ABA services for children with ASD in the Granbury area, or remote for other areas.
• Develop and update individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to RBTs in the home setting.
• Collaborate with caregivers to promote skill generalization and family confidence.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
