Job summary

Success On The Spectrum is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time, hybrid work serving clients in-home across Dallas, Texas. The role blends remote and on-site days, supervising interns and RBTs, and delivering data-driven ABA services.

You'll develop individualized programs, train staff, and communicate progress to families, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and customer service in a growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with experience supervising staff.
• Ability to train interns and RBTs.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise interns and RBTs in-home with clients.
• Create individualized, data-driven client programs.
• Conduct assessments and update plans as needed.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and parent trainings.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to service schedules.
