Job summary

Affirmative Parenting Solutions, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services in Fort Worth/Weatherford. This contractor role focuses on meaningful clinical work, not busyness, with families, and supervision of RBTs.

You'll design and update programs, conduct assessments, translate results into goals, collaborate with caregivers, and ensure compliant documentation. Flexible scheduling and professional development support are provided.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior support plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and staff.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable providing services in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-home ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Granbury area, or remote for other areas.
• Develop and update individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Conduct assessments and translate results into meaningful clinical goals.
• Provide hands‑on supervision and coaching to RBTs in the home setting.
• Collaborate with caregivers to promote skill generalization and family confidence.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
