Job summary

Steady Strides ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Dallas area. The role offers both full-time and part-time options with competitive hourly pay based on experience and the potential for a first-year bonus.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, lead data-driven interventions, supervise RBTs, and train families and staff while maintaining high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• At least 1 year experience working with individuals with Autism.
• Strong data analysis and behavior plan writing skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments.
• Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs).
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families.
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
