Job summary

Budding Futures ABA, a growing in-home ABA therapy provider in Colorado, is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical work with families. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and coach parents to integrate treatment into daily life.

The role emphasizes hands-on, in-home service with attention to regulatory documentation and collaborative care for children.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs delivering in-home services.
• Train and coach parents/caregivers as part of the treatment plan.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
