Job summary

Vibrant ABA in Colorado is seeking a compassionate BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families across Colorado. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), partner closely with families, and support meaningful progress for the children we serve.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Colorado licensure or eligibility must be met before starting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organization are essential.
• Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings is preferred.
