Job summary

Utilize ABA is expanding its Colorado in-home ABA program and seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services. The role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time salaried work as caseloads grow. Remote supervision is allowed, with in-home presence essential as services expand, offering growth toward Lead BCBA or Clinical Director.

You will join a collaborative team focused on developing new workflows, mentoring RBTs, and ensuring high-quality clinical care across hybrid settings in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• 2–3 years BCBA experience.
• Experience supervising RBTs and managing caseloads.
• Strong clinical writing and treatment planning skills.
• Knowledge of insurance documentation requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical in-home caseload of ABA services.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Modify programming based on data and client progress.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Ensure services are delivered with fidelity and aligned with best practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment plan reviews and ongoing clinical decision making.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to RBTs.
• Support development of clinical workflows and systems.
