Job summary

Budding Futures ABA in Colorado is seeking a BCBA to lead in-home therapy programs and supervise RBTs. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and coach families to apply strategies in daily life.

This role emphasizes parent training, ongoing progress monitoring, and compliance with payer requirements. A strong background in behavioral analysis and reliable transportation for home visits are essential.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs delivering in-home services.
