Job summary

Ahead ABA in Rockville, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across Montgomery County. You will write and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and work closely with families to help each child grow.

We offer compensation of $105 to $115 per hour and you can set a caseload and schedule that works for you.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
