Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Rockville, MD team. In this in-home role, you will write and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and work closely with families to help each child grow.

You will need an active BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Experience supervising RBTs is a plus, and you can set a caseload and schedule that works for you.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred; ability to work with families and children with autism.
