Job summary
Ahead ABA in Rockville is seeking a BCBA to provide in-home and hybrid work with flexible scheduling. Earn $90–$100 per hour and set your own weekly hours while receiving RBT support on your caseload and a lead who answers the phone.
You will conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs in the home, train parents, and review data to update goals. Maryland license or ability to obtain one is required, and driving in Montgomery County is expected.
