We offer $90 to $100 an hour, a flexible hybrid schedule with remote time for parent training, treatment plans, and notes, and strong RBT support so you can focus on your clients. Join a small, friendly team that listens and supports your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Maryland Behavior Analyst license or ability to obtain one.
• Heart for kids and families.

Responsibilities

• Run assessments and write treatment plans.
