Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking an in-person BCBA to provide hands-on clinical supervision on the Cordova clinic floor. This 100% clinical role focuses on treatment quality, programming, and staff guidance, with no scheduling or admin duties.

Newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply. Reports to Clinical Director; supervision and mentorship are provided, with strong emphasis on collaboration with families and other service providers.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active Tennessee LBA/LBS licensure required.
• Active Tennessee Medicaid Provider ID required.

Responsibilities

• Provide active, in-person supervision on the clinic floor.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Support the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Coach, train, and guide RBTs during sessions in real time.
• Monitor treatment fidelity and learner progress.
• Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Participate in clinical case reviews with the Clinical Director.
• Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, state requirements, and company policies.
