Carry On Therapy in Cordova, TN is seeking an in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hands-on clinical supervision inside our Cordova clinic. This 100% clinical role focuses on treatment quality, behavior plans, and staff guidance with no scheduling duties.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB
• Experience supervising RBTs and conducting functional assessments

Responsabilidades

• Provide active, in-person supervision on the clinic floor
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Coach, train, and guide RBTs during sessions in real time
• Monitor treatment fidelity and learner progress
• Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers
• Maintain compliance with ethics and state requirements
