Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team across multiple states, including Indiana. The role offers full-time or part-time positions with sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Travel between assignments may be required, with a competitive salary and bi-weekly pay. Responsibilities include conducting intake and functional assessments, designing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and communicating progress to families.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate or board certification as BCBA.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioural assessments and skills assessments.
• Design and supervise treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress.
• Provide family guidance to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data and summarize progress for families and supervisors.
